Jane Sato is a professional yoga, pilates, dance, and meditation instructor; as well as an experienced corporate wellness consultant and coordinator. (She is a certified Society for Human Resources professional, and understands corporate constraints. She wants to help you bring this into your space, no matter how small it may be.) She’s also the entrepreneur and founder of Grace Engine Wellness, a wellness consulting practice and teaching resource. Jane’s purpose and passion is imparting her knowledge to others so that they can live up to their full potential. She adores delivering programming-- as both a teacher and a consultant-- that can help others to become and stay happy, healthy, and whole.

 Jane trained at the prestigious SF Ballet School, holds a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School, and has many international performing credits, with the Rioult Dance NY company, where she danced for 10 years. Other credits are ODC/Dance SF, the Metropolitan Opera, Jeune Ballet de France and Take Dance. Life as a performer is stressful, and constantly requires maintenance of the body and mind. Perfecting this, she learned what a tired and stressed body needs to feel food. After performing as a principal dancer with the world-famous Rioult Dance NY for over a decade, she began envisioning herself not so much onstage, but as a helper and nurturer. She believes that all of our lives could use a little more balance and grace-- these qualities aren’t just useful while turning and leaping on stage, but can help all of us lead joyful, mindful lives no matter what our individual calling. Those qualities in tandem help us be stronger in our work and home lives. From lawyers to human resources professionals to copywriters, Jane has helped bring wellness into the lives of countless Grace Engine Wellness clients. She loves to coach her team through tough life transitions with bite size goals. Small changes lead to big results!
