Classes/ Occupational Therapy Home Care
I have been teaching group fitness classes for 25+ years at New York Pilates, Equinox, the Deepak Chopra Center, Fitness at Stuytown, Ballet Academy East, Perfect Posture Pilates, and corporations.
Following consultations, I am taking on limited home care clients that require Occupational Therapy assisting with ADLs, IADLs and functional mobility. Please email me with any questions or a for a consultation.
